IS THERE A WAY TO PRESERVE THE CHOPPED FRUIT LONGER, IN ORDER TO MAINTAIN ITS ORIGINAL BRIGHT COLOR AND texture?
Of course there is a way: its name is Pregellina®. It is an exceptional product which increases the shelf life of fresh fruit, even when already chopped and sweetened. Pregellina® maintains the natural color of fruit bright and vivid, and it preserves its natural texture for several days!

 

Should i use both yogurt and low fat yogurt, which products can i use to obtain a fine yogurt Gelato in both cases?
You can use Yonice for a fresh and light Frozen Yogurt, or you can opt for Yoggi® or Frozen Yoggi® to prepare a traditional yogurt gelato, either in the artisanal or soft serve variety. Moreover, PreGel also offers Greek yogurt, for a creamy and thick gelato that can be produced both in the batch freezer or in the soft serve machine.

 

WHAT KIND OF SWEETENER IS USED TO PRODUCE YOGURT LIGHT?
Right now our light products are sweetened with Sucralose, but in a short time we’ll move to Stevia, a natural low-caloric sweetener, that sweetens over 300 times more than sucrose sugar!

 

DOES ORGANIC YOGURT GELATO EXIXST?
Of course it does. Our R&D laboratory has developed a brand new variety of Yoggi® that has obtained the European Organic Certificate.
